Terms & Conditions - Premium, Premium + and Ultimate Services
This letter sets out the terms on which we have agreed to provide you with our services (“the Services”). This includes the Premium, Premium + and Ultimate Services.
The Services
We agree to provide you with the Services. Please note that we provide information concerning cosmetic surgery, non-surgical procedures, anti-aging, dentistry and certain diagnostics. We do not give medical advice.
Eligible Users/Customers
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and/or purchase our products/the Services. By using this Website and/or purchasing our products/the Services [and by agreeing to these terms and conditions] you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Termination
If you fail to pay any sum under this Letter when due, we shall be able to terminate this Letter and/or the provision of the Services immediately.
Charges and Payment
The charges for the Services are set out in the schedule to this Letter. The charges shall be inclusive of all costs.
Our Obligations and Liability
The Services are for general information purposes only and do not purport to be comprehensive, to provide advice or in any way to create any legally enforceable relationship between us and you. You should independently verify and information before relying upon it. We advise you to take professional competent medical advice informed by and adapted to your particular circumstances.
We do our best to ensure that all information we provide in the Services and on this website and elsewhere is accurate, We make no representations that our advice is accurate, up-to-date and/or complete and we offer no warranties in relation to it and we exclude all liability in relation to its contents, to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law.
In no event shall we have any liability for incidental or consequential loss or damages (whether for loss of profit, business or goodwill or otherwise) or for any costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation which arose out of or in connection with this Letter and/or the Services.
Confidentiality
The Services are provided under terms of strict confidentiality. You and we undertake to each other to keep confidential all information (written or oral) concerning the Services and the business and personal affairs of the other that have been obtained or received as a result of the discussions leading up to and/or the performance of this Letter and the Services.
We will only share your name, email address and submitted photographs with our team, as part of your service (whether it be the Premium, Premium + or the Ultimate), and as part of what we promise and state what is included in these services on several pages of this website (including the service booking pages).
You and we undertake to each other to take all such steps as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this clause.
Under no circumstances will you discuss the provision and contents of the Services with any journalist or member of the media. Nor will you post, or allow to be posted on your behalf, such information on the internet. You undertake not to cause our Intellectual Property to be distributed or broadcast in any manner through any type of media.
Medical Practitioners
Whilst we provide you with the contact details of health care providers (such as: doctors, plastic surgeons and other medical practitioners) as part of your service, we don’t provide medical consultations, diagnosis, or advice.
Any communication between you and health care providers whose contact details we provide is for general informational purposes only and does not create nor is it intended to create a physician-patient relationship as defined by UK law.
Your reliance on any information (including any information about health care providers, or any information given by health care providers that we connect you with) or Content provided in this document, whether or not it is provided by a health care provider, is solely at your own risk.
You should always seek the advice of your healthcare provider for any questions you may have about your medical condition or an aesthetic concern.
Whilst we do our very best to vet the medical practitioners whose contact details we provide you with as part of your service (we verify Medical and state licensing and board certifications using online resources), we make no representations that our evaluations of these medical practitioners are accurate, up-to-date and/or complete and we offer no warranties in relation to them, and we exclude all liability, to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law.
General
This Letter is personal to you and is not capable of assignment by you without our prior written consent. Nothing in this Letter shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership between us.
If any provision of the Letter becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
This Letter shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any of our services (including, but not limited to, our Premium, Premium + and Ultimate services).
The UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Part 3, 28. (1) (B)) states that no cancellation period is given to the consumer once payment has been made for goods or services that are made to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalised.
MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER THAT’S ALREADY BEEN PLACED
Please send an email to info@newlooku.com as soon as possible if you made a mistake regarding your order, or if you wish to change some details of your order. We will do our very best to rectify your mistake, however, we cannot gurantee that we will be able to rectify your mistake.
We offer a bespoke, personalised service, and after receiving your photos and payment, get to work very quickly in order to have your service ready for you on time.
Additional non-returnable/refundable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable products or documents.
If in exceptional circumstances we decide to offer you a refund (which is completely at our discretion), to complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@newlooku.com.
Sale and Discounted items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded (in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion). Unfortunately sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.
The Charges for The Services Are:
Premium: £250.00 GBP.
Premium +: £450.00 GBP.
Ultimate: £650.00 GBP.
All are payable in advance by card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
You declare that you have ready and fully understand the terms of this Letter and hereby accept the provision of the Services upon the terms and conditions of this Letter.
By booking/purchasing the Services you hereby agree to all the above terms.
