Refund and Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any of our services (including, but not limited to, our Premium, Premium +, Ultimate and Doctor Opinions Service).

The UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Part 3, 28. (1) (B)) states that no cancellation period is given to the consumer once payment has been made for goods or services that are made to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalised.


Please send an email to as soon as possible if you made a mistake regarding your order, or if you wish to change some details of your order. We will do our very best to rectify your mistake, however, we cannot gurantee that we will be able to rectify your mistake.

We offer a bespoke, personalised service, and after receiving your photos and payment, get to work very quickly in order to have your service ready for you on time.

Additional non-returnable/refundable items:

If in exceptional circumstances we decide to offer you a refund (which is completely at our discretion), to complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale and Discounted items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded (in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion). Unfortunately sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.
