Yes! You can purchase our services from anywhere in the world.

All of our services are delivered online. We do not currently offer in-person services.

Is this service for all genders?

Yes. Everyone is welcome!

Can male-to-female feminization and female-to-male masculinisation procedures be simulated?

Yes, of course!

We just ask that you please specify this in the text boxes on our service booking page when purchasing.

Simply submit your photos, explain your goals and our experts will personally edit the aesthetic procedures that could enhance your unique beauty. All services include professional opinions from specialized plastic surgeons or doctors.

A Bespoke Service

We offer a tailor-made service catered to meet your individual needs. Our experts review your goals, analyze your beauty and carefully edit your photos - no apps, no AI. We can edit specific procedures that you have in mind, whether they’re surgical, non-surgical, or both. Or if you’re unsure, you can leave it up to us.

Different Plans to Suit Your Needs

We offer three different plans. Perhaps you’re only interested in receiving plastic surgeon opinions? Or maybe you’d like to see how a procedure could look from multiple angles? Whether you want one or several edited photos, a concise or comprehensive written report, or guidance on how to find the best practitioner, we have a plan to suit you.

Premium: when and how will I receive my service?

You will receive your Plastic Surgery Visualization photo(s) via email as digital downloads within 10 working days after placing your order.

Premium +: when and how will I receive my service?

You will receive your Plastic Surgery Visualization photos and documents via email as digital downloads within 14 working days after placing your order.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Ultimate: when and how will I recieve my service?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will reach out to you via email for your optional Email Consultation within 48 hours.

Your Plastic Surgery Visualization Photos and Documents will be delivered to you via email as digital downloads within 18 working days after your email consultation concludes.

Doctor Opinions: when and how will I receive my service?

You will receive the service in the form of a digital, written Report.

Your Report will be delivered to you via email as a digital download 14 working days after you place your order.

What kind of photos should I submit?

Please visit our Photo Guidelines page for detailed information regarding how to take photos for our Premium, Premium + and Ultimate services.

For the Basic service, you can upload any photo angles of your choice. There is more guidance regarding what kind of angles are best on the Basic service booking page.

Can I wear makeup in my photos?

You're welcome to wear makeup. However, please avoid any heavy makeup looks. Not only is it more difficult to edit a photo of your face if you're wearing extreme amounts of makeup, but also, it's difficult to determine what you look like naturally, and therefore which procedures could enhance your beauty. 

Will my photos be kept confidential?

Basic Plan:

We only share your photo(s) with our team who carry out your Plastic Surgery Visualization Service.

Premium, Premium + and Ultimate Plans:

We only share your photos with the doctors (and their team) who need to see them in order to review your case.

What do I do if I wish to cancel my order?

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any of our services (including, but not limited to, our Premium, Premium + and Ultimate services).

The UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Part 3, 28. (1) (B)) states that no cancellation period is given to the consumer once payment has been made for goods or services that are made to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalised.

We offer a bespoke, personalised service, and after receiving your photos and payment, get to work very quickly in order to have your service ready for you within 14 - 18 working days.

What do I do if I realize I made a mistake after placing my order?

Please send an email to info@newlooku.com as soon as possible if you made a mistake regarding your order, or if you wish to change some details of your order. We will do our very best to rectify your mistake, however, we cannot gurantee that we will be able to rectify your mistake.

Why is this service not offered to anyone under 18?

Whilst in most countries under 18s can have cosmetic procedures with the consent of a parent or guardian, we believe that these should only be performed under exceptional circumstances, such as for functional or medical reasons. In such instances, the procedures are no longer cosmetic, but rather functional or reconstructive procedures.

We don't believe it's ethical to offer purely cosmetic procedures to anyone under 18. Not only are under 18s still developing physically (which affects the success of cosmetic procedures), but they are also still developing emotionally. It may be difficult for an under 18 to comprehend the potential consequences of a change so early on in their lives.

We believe this also applies to the simulation of cosmetic procedures. This is why we do not offer our services to anyone under 18.

Will you make any change that I ask for?

We will only make changes to the photo(s) of your face that we believe will enhance your overall beauty, and that are realistically achievable. Therefore, we may have to turn away clients who request unrealistic or dangerous (if carried out in reality) changes to their photo(s).

If you feel addicted to cosmetic enhancements or desire to have unrealistic or risky procedures, you may be dealing with a mental health condition called Body Dysmorphic Disorder. For more information on Body Dysmorphic Disorder, the symptoms and how to get treatment, please visit:

What is the New Look U Gift card?

The New Look U gift card allows you to partially pay for, or gift, our services to that special someone. 

After purchasing, you will receive an email containing a link to your digital gift card. Simply forward the email containing the gift card onto your loved one, or click on the link inside the email, and print it out to give to them personally. It's redeemable against our Premium, Premium + and Ultimate plans!

Does the "Choosing a Practitioner" Ebook include specific plastic surgeon recommendations?

The “Choosing a Practitioner” Ebook service is a guide that explains how to find the best surgeon in the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand, as well as general information for the rest of the world. We do not recommend any specific surgeons because we want to give our customers impartial and unbiased advice. 

We cover which qualifications, certifications and accreditations that a plastic surgeon must have in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere in the world. The Ebook also includes other essential factors to consider before choosing a plastic surgeon worldwide. 

If you would like personalised plastic surgeon recommendations please purchase our VIP service. In our VIP service we provide you with detailed recommendations of the top, most highly-skilled and safest plastic surgeons and practitioners. Each surgeon or practitioner recommendation is completely personalized to you and your unique goals. They will be specialized and highly experienced in the procedures you wish to undergo, and based where you live or in the country (or countries) you would be willing to travel to.
